Repetitive method

The repetitive method, like the interval method, constitutes the intermittent variation of exertion and active recovery periods within a training unit. It is characterised by recovery period that results in an almost full recovery. In the endurance training scope the repetitive method is applied in order to develop the competition-specific endurance.
