The endurance training method is primarily employed for developing basic endurance ability. The training is carried out at medium level loads and takes up most of the time of the overall training scope. The endurance training also requires a high kilometer rate. While the ergometer training is no substitute for the road training, the training units on the Cyclus2 can nevertheless complement the latter in an efficient way particularly during bad weather conditions or darkness.
